WHAT I WANT TO KEEP WITH

What I want to keep is a series that begins in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic.

It is born from the need to immortalize one's own or other people's memories, taking them as a connecting axis to tell a story.

This collection is a poetic journey that invites you to a corner of nostalgia and happiness..

Each stroke is a hasty attempt to retain what fades with time, the stain of the brush is as relevant as the story. Strong brush strokes, contrast, saturation.

In these works what matters is the story behind the work and not in the work itself.

What I want to stay with is a dialogue between art and memory, a one-way trip that expands and evolves with new experiences.
This series is a tribute to the importance of small details, to the magic that is hidden in fleeting moments and to the eternity that resides in memories.

Each painting is a visual poem, a window open to pure emotion and passion for what truly matters.
